The Sunny Special waterproof breathable fabric possesses waterproof microporous coating to prevent the penetration or absorption from snow or rain, and in the meantime exhibits its water vapor permeability by allowing the water vapor from perspiration to evaporate to the outside of the fabric.
The technology behind Waterproof Breathable Fabric
Our microporous waterproof coating has been developed to allow the pore size in the colloid to be smaller than the water molecules and larger than the steam. This application offers the wearer full protection from the permeation of the rain or snow into the breathable fabric, in the meantime allows the perspiration to evaporate through the fabric surface – an intelligent design to keep the wearer dry and ensure greater comfort and adequate protection against any extreme conditions.

Hydrophilic Lamination
- The membrane serves the function of preventing the raindrops from penetrating and easing the humidity by allowing the perspiration to evaporate through the fabric surface.

Instead of limiting the various development options for the waterproof stretch fabric, it contrarily demonstrates more potentials for the forthcoming fabric applications due to its diverse functionalities and the relatively resilient texture.
